Custom home building in Central Pennsylvania
A new home starts with your property, your priorities, and a clear plan. Based in Belleville, KB Builders works with homeowners across Mifflin County and the State College area to bring custom homes from foundation to finish.
Discuss your project: (717) 363-0406A home that fits your land and lifestyle
Tell us how you want to live: the rooms you need, the spaces where you gather, and the finishes that matter most. Your lot, access, site work, and plans all affect the scope. We review those details with you before discussing an estimate.
From plans to the final walkthrough
As your general contractor, we coordinate permits, scheduling, and subcontractors through the build. Early decisions about layout and materials help keep everyone working toward the same goal. We focus on clear communication as your home takes shape.

Questions about new home construction
What should I bring to a custom home consultation?
Share your lot location, any drawings or inspiration, approximate size, budget priorities, and desired timing. If you are still working through those decisions, tell us where you are in the planning process.
What affects the cost of a new home?
Square footage, site preparation, layout, materials, and finish selections all affect cost. We provide an estimate after reviewing the project details rather than quoting one price for every home.
